Registration is absolutely free of charge. But, you are welcome to make a donation towards the cost of your participation or that of others. You can also donate to support the whole or any aspect of the programme. Click here, to make a donation.

1) Online registration. Register for the Meeting using the online registration form available here.
2) Registration by Fax. Download the registration form and instructions here. Complete the form as required and fax by dialing (237) 3335-4623.
3) Registration by Mail. Download the registration form and instructions here. Complete the form as required and mail to: The Organizing Committee, The Mile 19 Leadership Retreat Follow-up Meeting, c/o EITD Research, P.O. Box 168 Kumba, South West Province, Cameroon.
4) Registration Onsite. Download the registration form and instructions here or get the form from the Organizing Committee Secretariat located at the Mile 19 Community Centre, Mile 19, Tombel-Kumba Road, South West Province, Cameroon. Complete the form as required and submit it at the Secretariat.

There will be complementary display space available at the Mile 19 Leadership Retreat Follow-up Meeting. Setup may begin well before Tuesday morning, November 18, 2008. Individuals, groups or organizations and businesses will be able to display their materials throughout the Meeting period. You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling your own displays unless, of course, if you require other arrangements. We advice you reserve your display/booth space, due to the number of people participating. If you have any questions please call us at (237) 7795-9438/7766-2395 or email mile19@eitdr.org.

The Organizing Committee will email or send a registration confirmation to all registered participants.

Once your registration is confirmed, your badge will be prepared and ready for you to pick up together with other Meeting materials (programme guides, badge holders, other handouts, etc.) at the Welcome Desk of the Organizing Committee in the Community Centre.

The Meeting programme includes meals - breakfast, lunch and supper - with some drinks for registered participants. However, priority will be given to those with special needs including participants from far away and VIPs.
